Platform Use

Alphonso provides a hiring platform connecting employers with pre-vetted, BGV-verified candidates. Candidates who create accounts and complete assessments consent to their verified profiles being surfaced to employers on the platform.

Employers who access candidate profiles agree to use that information solely for legitimate hiring decisions and not to redistribute or misuse candidate data.

Candidate Obligations

Candidates must provide accurate information during profile creation and technical assessments. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to affected parties.

Background verification is a mandatory component of the Alphonso process. Candidates must consent to BGV as a condition of platform participation.

Employer Obligations

Employers using Alphonso agree to make hiring decisions in compliance with applicable employment law. Discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics is prohibited.

The 90-day replacement guarantee is subject to the employer following the agreed onboarding and evaluation timeline. Terms of the guarantee are specified in the employer agreement at onboarding.

Intellectual Property

Assessment content, scoring frameworks, and platform design are the intellectual property of Alphonso. Candidates and employers may not reproduce or distribute proprietary assessment materials.

Limitation of Liability

Alphonso facilitates connections between employers and candidates. We do not guarantee employment outcomes beyond the stated 90-day replacement commitment. Hiring decisions remain solely with the employer.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
