We also collect usage data such as pages visited, actions taken within the platform, and device information to improve the service.

Your information is used to operate the Alphonso platform — to match candidates with employers, to conduct and evaluate technical assessments, to process background verifications, and to communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Employer access to candidate profiles is limited to the data necessary for hiring decisions.
Data Sharing
Candidate profile data is shared with employers only after the candidate has been verified and has consented to appear in the employer-facing pool. BGV data is shared only with the candidate and the employer making a hiring decision.
We work with third-party service providers for background verification, payment processing, and infrastructure. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
